Shortlistr Team Strength rates every program 0–100 on results, opponent quality, and the chances they create and concede — 50 is the Division-I average. Unlike the NCAA’s traditional RPI, it rewards points for draws and weights every result by opponent strength — so a draw with a top side counts for more than a win over a weak one. It’s the same analytics engine behind player Impact scores across Shortlistr.
